Instructions for Joining Online Meetings

If you have never done this before, click here to get detailed information about how to access the meetings according to your device of choice.

General instructions
(1) You may join a meeting up to thirty minutes before the scheduled time to make sure your audio and video, if applicable, are working.
(2) Please turn off (mute) your microphone to prevent your background noise from interfering with the meeting.
(3) When using a desktop or smartphone you have the option to turn off the video.
(4) The host might open the meeting for discussion by the chat or audio. Please use the Hand icon then to ask a question.
